Returns / Refunds
In our attempt to reduce unnecessary plastic and packaging from the environment, our products are not wrapped in an outer plastic pocket. Occasionally, there may be some bumps, marks or scratches on the products packaging but we hope that you can accept a small aesthetic defect from time to time. Of course, if there is any defect in the actual product itself, please see the following information on how to return your products.
- We offer returns on all orders if you change your mind.
- Returned items much be received back within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return and resend shipping fees. This is not refundable.
- Goods must be received in their original unopened condition with packaging fully intact.
- Refunds are returned to the original form of payment and to the original purchasing person.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
- If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, send photos of the defect here (link email@example.com), within 7 days of receiving goods.
- Once received, we will send out a replacement free of charge.
- All orders will be sent via tracked courier delivery or Australia Post.
- All orders are shipped within 2 business day of receiving payment
- Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment To track your order, please use your code here (link to Sendle Tracking or Australia Post Tracking)
- Delivery times are 1-2 business days for most addresses in Australia (addresses outside Aus Post’s express network may take longer)
- Sorry, no PO Box delivery
- Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia.
